NetherlandsThe entire Front Desk Staff were all Friendly and Helpful. We saw three different front desk staff members and all were Superb! Keep that up! Thank you to the person that checked us in. He gave us the inside scoop on downtown parking. I love it when somebody gets straight to the point and true reality of downtown Rome Parking. The Location is Excellent and the Coliseum is a Five-Minute Walk and where I parked our car.

ItalyLoved everything about the hotel. Yes, it is an older hotel with all the scuffs of its history through the years which makes it more enchanting. It is within walking distance to many, many sites of Rome. The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful. Lots of nearby restaurants where you can sit outdoors, have dinner and/or a toddy and watch the people as they pass by. Would stay there again next time I am in Rome. Arrivederci.
