The apartment is part of an apartment house with 4 housing units at the ground floor, it is surrounded by a garden . The apartment is bright thank to the french widows facing the garden. The furiture is minimal and well organized, every single detail isn't overlooked. The bathroom is completely renovated and it is accessorized to give a sensation of a spa. The livingroom is set up for a good and shared drink because the room is illuminated by the windows that occupy an entire side of the room. The kitchen is spacious and completed with household appliances, pans and other appliances to make the cooking experience easier or to dabbling in new culinary experiments. Finally for the bedrooms we hope to offer you comfortable beds enhanced by amazing sheets with essencial forniture. My family and I are always looking for comfort and style to make better our time in the house that we offer to friends, relatives and clients who want to stay in Modena

The apartment is located in a quiet residential zone just out of Modena's city center which is reachable by car or bus in few minutes. My husband and I have lived for 20 years in the same Apartmenthouse where the hosts stay. When the weather is nice we usually go for a walk or go by bike to the city center to meet friends and have a toast together. We like to walk in the nearby Londrina Park or in Ferrari Park that has been Vasco Rossi's theater of his mythical concert of july 2017. The residential zone offers various services from the grocery store to the butcher, greengrocer, laudry, cafè ecc. When you want to live a little bit of social life you can reach Modena's citycenter in few minutes where you can enjoy the breathtaking wiew of Modena's Dome and Ghirlandina which dominate on the city. You can also visit the historical market Albinelli or attend events and try reowned bars, restaurants after some shopping. Modena and our neighborhood are definitely human-sized.
