Everything was simply perfect. Staff, room, location, welcome, food was out of this world, a real taste of reggio emilia in Umbria, like nonna would do. The breakfast was daily fresh and abundant and served at the time which we requested. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the premises and room were comfortable and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. Parking facilities were also excellent and secure. The location was also very good for travelling to all parts of Umbria particularly Perugia and Assisi.
