CITRA CODE: 011019-LT-0530 'Il Nido del Pavone' is an apartment located in Monterosso al Mare, a renowned town in the Cinque Terre UNESCO heritage. The apartment was designed by a Milanese architect in the 1970s, as a place for the summer holidays of the family and an expression of the creative and artistic flair of the owner. For this reason, the desire of the family was to keep the original condition of the spaces as much as possible, preserving the pictorial decorations on the walls, as well as the custom-made furnishings created personally by the architect. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, an open kitchen and a living area with a small terrace overlooking the sea. Overall the apartment can accommodate 5 people, in addition to the double bed, in fact there are two single sofa beds and a single loft bed. For the particularity of the apartment we do not accept guests under the age of 15 years. IN IMMEDIATE NEIGHBORS THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF CAR PARKING, it is advisable to arrive by train.

IN MONTEROSSO THE TOURIST TAX IS IN FORCE AT 1 EURO PER PERSON PER NIGHT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. You will be required to sign a rental contract for the days booked, as required by Italian law. PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL TIME. WE DO NOT CHECK IN AFTER 8 PM.
