Good location. The host was very kind. Check in process was very straightforward. Quiet room with good ammenities. Coffe machine with capsules with tasty coffee.

In a quiet street, but still walkable to the center or everywhere in Venice. Nearby are lots of restaurants, cafes, markets. 10 mins walk from the S.Lucia train station And the host are very helpful and communicative. Giving you very clear instruction for self check in and always very fast to answer questions. Room is good, bed is comfy, water shower in bathroom are hot and perfect. Room equipped with A/C, and everything is looks like new, tidy and clean.

Walked a little ways for breakfast/coffee. Steps to the rooms upstairs are steep and it was hard to carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor. Wish we had asked for a room on the 1st floor. Room was small but clean. Suggestions: A bath mat is needed as well as a hand towel so we don't need to dry our hands and face with the bath towel.

The location was fantastic. a few doors down was a wonderful little bar/cafe with out if this world croissants and coffee. all at a very reasonable cost. The vaporetto was a short stroll down the street. The owner met us at the door and explained how the security worked.

A modern, comfortable, and stylish room in a historical Venetian building (it actually looks better than photos!). Everything is very clean. The landlord is charming and nice.
