Loved the quirkiness of the hotel. Individual rooms all decorated differently. Very pleased with the hotel itself but hugely disappointing about the cost for the spa 25 euros per hour!!! Even though we could have paid we chose not to out of principal!!! Location - it’s a little bit out of the centre 10-15min walk. It nice quiet area.

Location very good. 8 minute walk from main station. Was given a suite when we arrived which could easily fitted 4 people so more than enough room for 2 of us. Room spotless and bathroom with jacuzzi bath and very roomy shower.

Very thin walls between rooms. Hard not to be disturbed by the couples in rooms next to you.

The hotel is in a nice area, close to the Centrale(5 minutes walk). The room was clean. I liked the breakfast, it was better than typical Italian breakfast(very good tea and honey).

room was small and of dubious taste, the bed was quite old with very soft mattress and the TV was really small. the rest of the hotel is very kitch (chicken photos and reproductions of old paintings).
the staff is friendly, for the rest it's good value for money if you're spending 65€/room, and we spent much more. the terrace of the room was beautiful.

“Fun hotel at the other side of the station”

Typical Italian fashion, style over utility. The room/bathroom is really nice to look at=, but you will have problem putting your things around. There is a small table which is enough to work, but half of it is covered by the tea kettle and accessories. The bathroom looks nice, until you realize there is almost no place to put toiletries . All little things that could be easily managed.
This was a great stay for me. I had some business at the Bologna Fair (which is a 10-15 minute walk), but did not want to stay far from the real city (also a 10-15 minute walk). As a bonus you are right by the station which makes it super practical for arrival and departure. But of course if you want to spend time in the city proper, this is a bit outside (not by much). When you walk around, you do not think there would be such a nice hotel hidden there, so it is a nice surprise. The breakfast is actually (by Italian standards) very nice. Lots of choice, and the people are very friendly. You have to ask for things, i.e. there is normally an American coffee and several tea choices, but if you ask they will bring you a cappuccino (or something else). I think the same is for GF options. They have things available, but not always in sight. The room/shower was actually very nice and clean. ZWi-Fi was very good for me, I needed to work at times, and had no issues with the Wi-Fi.

for 87 € they make you stay in a room that looks like closet with a single bed stuck to a wall, everything was full of dust, holes in the walls covered with tape... room is non refundable, non-changeable if you chose the cheapest one....

The noise in the room. I am complain, but nothing hapens. I think is a problem with the air conditionation, but is too bad. We didn´t sleep well all the nights.
The food at the breakfast. And the maid who serve it. She was very kind.

Nothing to tell here. Maybe, lack of a private jet landing site in the backyard?
A not too big hotel conveniently located on a quiet street steps from the train station, which makes it an ideal base for one or two days trips to explore Italy off. It is also a walking distance away from the historical city centre (well, my definition of walking distance is 5 miles, so keep this in mind, though it wasn't really that far). Fantastic staff. To say they were just professional is to say nothing, because they extented services far beyond the call of duty. This is a hotel where I really found home away from home without the least exaggeration. In short, this is the place of my choice should I travel to Bologna again and I hope I will.

I had literally a lot of dust everywhere in the room. When I left something on the table next to my bed, It was covered with the dust. If you are allegic don't recommend. And there are very thin walls I could hear other people talking even when they were almos whispering. And heating got last nigh burned I supposed that was burned dust from the inside of heater or AC.
Personal was nice ce, breakfast were ok.
