The staff is amazing, thank you so much for all the help during our stay. The hotel is really close to the train station, there is a supermarket and restaurants just a few minutes walking The first floor room smells like humidity, but it is Venice, so it is normal there. Also, the room on the first floor has the windows on the street side and at night was a little noisy, I have to use earplugs to sleep. The room on the second floor was excellent. Breakfast was small, no too much variety, the cappuccino was delicious

Very good location! Staff were amazing and big thank you to Fabiola who explained to us exactly how to get to the hotel and she even left us some breakfast in a bag in our room as we had an early flight to catch. Breakfast was amazing and was served in a small gorgeous garden. A perfect way to start your morning ❤️

The hotel is located near the Venice train station, which makes it very central. The neighbourhood is very packed with tourists on the main streets, but as soon as you detour away from the city center one gets into a more residential area with beautiful cafes and restaurants along the canal. The room was decorated in Venetian style which made it a unique experience.
