Host Vincenzo is outstanding, very helpful and clearly loves what he does. Our room for three was comfortable and well-furnished. The Hotel is perfectly located between the two different parts of Ragusa and Vincenzo gave us suggestions of what to see and how to get around the city. The breakfast was the best we've had while traveling around Italy -- fresh items prepared with care. An excellent experience!

The rooms are clean and comfortable and also have balconies with lovely views. The staff is super! Vincenzo and Giusy make the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, with artisanal bread, locally made cheeses, sweets and jams….and excellent cappuccino. They are also very helpful in helping guests plan their travels (and dining) in the Ragusa area and beyond. All of the guests that were at the hotel when I visited were totally charmed by the hotel and it’s wonderful staff❤️

United KingdomWe absolutely loved our stay at Intervallo Boutique. The rooftop decks and views over Ragusa Ibla are spectacular day and night (loved returning from dinner and sitting on the deck watching the moon rise over Ibla). The breakfast offering of both savory and sweet treats (all locally produced/sourced) was THE BEST breakfast we had in Sicily. Easily walkable to both Ragusa Ibla (old town) and the new town (we recommend focusing your time in Ibla). Steps required to access the accommodation (factor in if you have mobility challenges), hosts super helpful with baggage. Parking close-by for daily adventures. We took a cheese tasting course and cooking demo at La Timpa (a must!), drove to Donnafugata castle and walked on the beach and had gelato at Ragusa di Mare. The bed was very firm, would love addition of a pillow topper on mattress. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

The B&B is only a couple of years old and is modern and clean. Vincenzo, our host was helpful and accommodating; giving good restaurant recommendations. He also prepared wonderful breakfasts with meats and treats sourced to support local businesses.
