It has a comfortable MATRIMONIAL BEDROOM with a spacious wardrobe, mirror, desk and prestigious Contemporary Art objects. A DOUBLE BEDROOM on a SOPPANE suitable for children and teenagers which is accessed via a ladder in the living area, there is also a wardrobe for guests. The Balduina neighbourhood lends itself to relaxed living because it is a district with traces of the ancient past and shops that cater to the different needs of the population. The environment is more familiar and it is easy to develop relationships. There are amusements and a large green area, the Monte Mario nature reserve, where one can enjoy some fresh air and stay away from the traffic of the city centre. Large public spaces characterise Balduina, as do the condominium courtyards. Families and students constitute the main category of inhabitants. The central streets and attractions of the capital are easily reached thanks to the good transport network. Many of the shops are family-run and there are street markets with particularly good prices. Craftsmen, tailors and carpenters are very characteristic and again these are activities that are handed down from parents to children.
