Lovely place, the staff are awsome, the garden is gorgeous. It's just far from major cities so you feel like in a little italian town but if you want to go out for dinner it's like 10 minutes away in Latisana. I can't say a bad word about the place or the staff, both exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is perfect, parking is great, and it's really easy to get there.
