The apartment "Wasserfall", furnished with plenty of natural wood and part of a traditional farm in the village of Stuls, is located in the picturesque Passeier Valley in South Tyrol. It consists of a cozy living area with dining corner and pull-out sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV, liquid hand soap, hairdryer, as well as a ski storage room with boot dryer or a lockable room for bicycles. A baby cot and high chair are available if needed. Start your day with a coffee on the spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain peaks and the valley, known for its many hours of sunshine. In winter, the nearest ski lifts can be reached in about 22 minutes by car (15.5 km). The Timmelsjoch Pass to Obergurgl-Hochgurgl in the Ötztal is closed in winter, so the Sölden ski area is not accessible in winter. Only the ski areas Pfelders and Ratschings are accessible.
