The friendly and helpful staff who supported us with our queries and requests. Great location. Well appointed rooms. Cleanliness. Breakfast was more than adequate. The staff really helped resolve the room issue and moved us to a lower spec but refunded us the difference. All staff were friendly, polite and helpful

The location is great, close to the train station, in the center of the new town, but also close to the old town. Our room was a bit dated, however, they offered what they promised and what they showed in the pictures. The room was also clean and, since it had a view towards the back of the hotel, it was also quiet. The breakfast is excellent and the staff do a great job.
