A wonderful hotel which we felt very comfortable at. Large room spotlessly cleaned daily. Room also has a fridge which is very convenient. Walking distance to all Florence tourist spots, the station and wonderful restaurants. A coffee machine with beautiful coffee is accessible to guests at the entry to rooms. (no breakfast). Staff are wonderful - great value for money too😊

Great location with walking distance from the historic center and main touristic points. Lots of restaurants and bars around. There is a private parking nearby as it may be a challenge parking in the area. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean, the shower and heater were great. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. The hotel is situated near various tourist attraction and close to the train station. Staff was very nice and helpful. We could leave our luggage for a few hours at the reception after check out.

The double bed was very wide, enough for two adults and one two-year-old who doesn't want to sleep alone. The location is a good compromise between proximity to the train station and to the old town center. The view from the window is very nice, perfect for waking up to. The WiFi is super. Although the elevator didn't lift our large stroller without folding, it was still very nice that it was there.

The staff is excellent. The receptionist was nice enough to provide us a much better room at no charge upon our arrival. They always make me a free coffee to initiate a conversation which provided lots of traveling tips varying from local restaurants to fast train tickets… They are very trustworthy, friendly. We are definitely coming back next time visiting Florence. It is not only an excellent service, it’s also a human bonding that make our travel experience truly unforgettable. Again, we really appreciate the staff and please keep it up.
