Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay! There is everything you need in this apartment, all you need is in the kitchen and in the bathroom, it saves a lot of space in the suitcase. The bed is very comfortable! Aircon and quiet location made me sleep like a baby :) It was so comfortable that I did not want to leave and go out, I wanted just to stay inside! Laura, we will be back for sure! Thank you so much!

Everything was fantastic. The lady is very nice. The apartment is very clean and all the falicities that you need you find there. In reality, it is more nice that you can see in the pictures. The location is perfect: 10 walk min to bus station and 20 walk min till city center, piazza San Marco. Doge Palace!

This is a cozy and authentic apartment in the centre of Venice old town. it is not only clean, has everything needed for a comfortable stay, but also a nice interior with many beautiful pictures, antique tableware, flashlight, boxes and more, that makes a magic Venecian atmosphere. Laura is a nice and friendly host, she warmly welcomed us and gave a good tips about restaurants and buses.

The owner is a lovely lady, just as a family member. The flat was fully equipped,even with hair straightener and 2 different type of coffee machines! Absolutely amazing!!! It is also very spacious and sparkling clean. There are a lot of little tresaures around the appartment,it is like a museum but in a lovely way,so you really feel at home. From the windows, you can see a lagoon. All the monuments are in walking distance. I really cannot mention anything that was not perfect.

Beatifull place filled with interesting precious objects. The house is more beautiful than the photos. Perfect location near the city entrance and easy to walk anywhere inside Venice. The host Laura was amazing and kind. We had a great time!

Perfect location - quiet at night, not far from the center, train/bus stations. There is a market in a few steps. Rooms are quite big with equipped kitchen. Helpful owner.

  • We will be coming to Venice to go out on a cruise. How far are you from the cruise docks? How easy is it to get to the ship? Restaurants near you ?
    from the cruise u must take a vehicle called "PEOPLE MOVER" (a small train). In 5 minutes u are on piazzale roma (Bus and cars terminal) and then u must walk 10 minutes till home. regards
