We stayed three nights in this comfortable apartment. Our host was very welcoming and responsive. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom (on the same level as the bedroom) was nice. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the microwave to heat up leftovers. We were able to leave our luggage on our last day until we left in the late afternoon. Location is great, particularly for attending the Biennale which was our main purpose for this trip. Highly recommended!

Friendly accommodation for 2-4 people who like to taste the living of the Venetians themselves and who are not reluctant to cook something themselves. Optimally furnished apartment in an original house on the border of the San Marco and Castello districts, from where the central tourist spots of the city are close. It is recommended to arrive by vaporetto line 2, via the scenic route over the Grand Canal, from "Tronchetto" to the destination stop "San Marco Giardinetti". You can't go wrong by choosing the opposite direction of line 2 either: you will take the "shorter" eccentric route between the Venetian islands to the destination stop "San Marco-San Zaccaria", which is even 400 m closer to the destination. I think, for the first impression, it is better to wait for the first route (when you have already paid a ticket 7 Euros / 75 min.) The accommodation is ideal for a family.

Beautiful BnB run by a lovely and helpful family. Lovely wooden walls and ceiling give the apartment a very cosy feel. Bed is extremely comfy. I would love to find out what the sheets are made of! Best bed of our trip! Location is fantastic, in a less touristy part of Venice close to some very nice bars and restaurants. Piazza San Marco and Biennale locations within 10-15 minutes walk. Great for the Vaporetto water bus as well as it is 5 minutes from San Zaccaria, the most connected stop, which allows for easy travel to the bus station, train station, airport, Grand Canal lines as well as Murano, San Michele, Lido etc. (To get to or from the train or bus station you can take route 4.2 which is faster than the routes that go via the grand canal) Kitchen and dining area is handy with coffee maker provided. Would recommend anyone going to Venice to stay here!

Everything was great! The apartment has all the conveniences you may need and is very well located close to Piazza San Marco. The host welcomed us with tips about what to see and where to grab a snack and was always open for questions and tips. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook on your own. There is a small convenience store close by.
