The hotel is located right in the heart of the historic city center. We paid for a room with a sea view which was well worth it. The hotel is on a bluff overlooking the harbor which provided fabulous views out over the harbor into the Mediterranean Sea. Very clean, fashionable and a great breakfast!

Very modern room, comfortable beds, good water pressure. Excellent location, very clean, and easy to access. Plenty of natural light and well decorated. Got upgraded to a larger room so that was nice. Breakfast was ample and staff were kind and helpful. Plenty of towels and bedding. Good communication from staff and good recommendations for the town.

If you like maritime culture and a small unpretentious town but with excellent seafood restaurants, Sciacca might be for you. It has a big fishing port, very colourful. Up the hill is the main town, classy and attractive and without a lot of tourist trinket shops and other tourist eyesores. It would probably be mellow in summer with everyone out in the cafes all evening. The beaches are outside the town about 15 min. We did an early spring tour of Sicily's southwest coast looking for possible August holiday places for the future. I liked Sciacca.

Sciacca is a perfect place to explore south western Sicily.
Sciacca is a perfect place to explore south western Sicily. The town is easily explored in a half day and has nice stores and restaurants.
Definitely prettier and less up and down than Agrigento. It is a little over an hour from the Palermo Airport by car and you can explore the ancient temple of Segesta on the way and only have an hour drive to Agrigento and the many picturesque and historic attractions on the way there.
Also Corleone and Piana degli Albanesi are on the way to Palermo for those who are interested in some of the Mafia history.

It is a nice Sicilian town full of History and monuments.
It is a nice Sicilian town full of History and monuments. The city itself is a little gem as you can still see buildings that were built a long time ago still there and in use. Food and restaurants are good too as well as shops and other amenities. The only "black spot" is the fact that if you want to go to the beach you must have a car. In the evening you can enjoy a promenade in the piazza or, if scheduled, watch gigs of live music on the streets.

Sciacca is a charming place for a short stay. The residents are kind and welcoming. We enjoyed walking along the streets and the alleyways and appreciated that it is not packed with too many tourists. It is a also good base to visit The Valley of the Temples in Argrigento.

The view, sea, beach, and the olive trees.
The trip to Agrigento with PASCAL as guide
The thermal bath, but take you old bikini with you.
A nice walk among the olive trees and down to the beach.
If you don't drive a car you have to eat in the restaurant , sometimes vey good and sometimes less and not warm enough.
The Property is as described and has got all the essential things for the stay.
B&B il Campanile is very central and close to the city centre. All the best restaurants and tourist attraction are around the property.
Peppe, the owner is amazing. Super friendly and he is very willing to help you for whatever is your need.
He offered us a secure car park for free.
We stay on night but we hope to be back soon for more days to enjoy Sciacca even more.
Ps the property is very clean.
I cannot rate this hotel and it's staff high enough. From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough to help us. I have never experienced a hotel with calibre of staff. The hotel reception and terrace is lovely as are the rooms, beds are very comfortable. The beach is beautiful, with lovely clear water and we were the only ones on there for my morning swim. Unfortunately we only stayed one night at this hotel but I would definately come back for a longer holiday.
The hotel is central and it is a convenient place to stay for a visit to Sciacca.
Nearest parking is Piaazza Mariano Rossi - where you have to pay (with mycicero app) - not expensive. We parked in Via Elonora D'Aragona, which is free but is a long climb up to the town. Our host very kindly brought our bags up by car - grazie Signora!
Icecreams are good everywhere in Sciily, we know - but the pistacchio in the Bar Caffe Rossi in Piazza Mariano Rossi is truly spectacular!
The house is nice. Our room had a nice balcony to a lemon tree garden. There was room service.
Breakfast was diverse and good, including capuccino (or other hot beverage), fruit juice, cornetos with different fillings and sandwiches.it's not identical every day.
Location is great, but if you do not like steps (don't go to Sciacca or Agrigento), you need to take a greater turn I think.
Fulvio is very concerned about your wellbeing and can give you tips on car rental.
The best host we’ve encountered in our trip in Sicily. Exceptionally friendly and gave us lots of helpful information for the surrounding area.
The room feels really luxurious, nice decor and an amazing view from the balcony. +Good AC
Great location in the middle of the city, there’s free and paid parking directly in front of the building. You just have to be a bit lucky to find a spot.
Breakfast is just across the street in a café.
-step away from the beach
- perfect when you would like to relax and enjoy a quiet beach.
-by car ,shops and Sciacca 10 min drive away.
-great value for the money , don’t expect a 5star hotel style however the property is in good condition, spaces and you have everything basic what you need.
Bonus : little play ground on the beach what’s my 3 years old loved.
Maria and Ignazio are very welcoming :)
One of the best places I have stayed in many years of travelling! Charming apartment, well decorated. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook for yourself. And a washing machine! Fantastic views over the harbour, and just 400 metres from Piazza Scandaliato. Sciacca is a great place to explore. Feels like the real Sicily, not just for tourists.
Very nice and spacious room with a dining table, big couch and a canopy bed. The apartments are so close to the sea that you can hear the rolling waves at night! We loved these cute cats walking in the garden, sometimes peaking in though the windows. The city center of Sciacca is also unexpectely charming to visit, about 2 km away.
Every day at the hotel a lavish breakfast is served in the buffet style featuring delicious pastries, fresh fruit, a range of cool drinks and charcuterie. Although the room overlooked a busy street in the bustling centre of Sciacca it was near silent if desired. The room itself was stylish and very comfortable. 10/10 would return.
What a wonderful hotel and great value for money. Worth the extra euros for a sea view room (marina view) we had a balcony but also the beautiful bathroom also had a balcony.
Staff were lovely and great recommendation for 10 minute drive to San Giorgio beach
East parking nearby and lovely restaurants
The owner was very nice and helpful. Especially as our son got a little accident she tried to help as much as possible. The location is perfect, the room was as hoped and with baby bed possibility.
Breakfast is in a bar nearby. Not the best but ok.
After other not really nice experience on Sicily, this hotel was like a miracle. Everything great, new, modern, comfortable. Very friendly staff, especially the gentleman with lovely Irish accent who was waiting for me to make late check in.
Nice flat with easy parking close by (September).
Everything needed for holidays home is there.
On the port there are few very nice restaurant and good fish shops!!
Nice location to visit the south west of Sicily!
The breakfast was the best ever. Santana is a wonderful host
Beautiful fresh fruit and pastries were extraordinary
Great location but you certainly need GPS
Perfect location and a spotless apartment, one of the best accommodations during our Sicily trip. Giacomo was super nice and tried to make our stay perfect.
Very friendly staff, offering lots of interesting information on Sciacca and good tips on where to eat. Breakfast was fantastic - lots of local delicacies.
