The apartment has everything you need, is sparkling clean,Sonia and her mother are very nice and helped us with any information we needed.The area is very quiet,walking distance from everything, very close to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge.There are supermarkets and a lot of restaurants just near the house.

The property was very clean, we had everything we needed. Sonia was the best owner. She was very kind with us, she waited for us to arrive even we were late because we got lost. she also gave us some guidance info and a map and that was very helpful. I recommend this place for 4 reasons: it is clean and nice, you’ll be treated well, it is very close from Piazza San Marco by foot and the price is very good.

A pleasant apartment, located away from the tourist crowds. Not far walking distance from Giardini station. Sonia, the hostess, met us to hand over the keys and gave us guides and tips on where to eat, how to get to the points of interest. She was always very attentive and kind to answer our questions. Sonia keeps an impeccable, cozy apartment in a quiet area of Venice. Conveniently located near Vaporetto stops, she still came out to meet us late at night to ensure we found our way. Providing a map, helpful tips, food for our first breakfast, and lovely touches, she made us feel at home. The best stay by far on this three week, multi-city journey. Sonia and her father were both very kind, he even welcomed us at the bus station which is very close to the accomodation unit and Sonia gave us a lot of helpful information before our arrival, also they are very good english speakers. The apartment itself was very clean, we had everything we needed for a couple of days, I think it looks better in real life than in pictures. The thing we liked the most was the location, it is located in a quiet area, away from the crowded and noisy city center. There was even something to eat for breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely come back.

Very good location. Close to the shop and water tram stops. Very comfortable and clean two bedroom apartment. Everything is provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Friendly and helpful host. Sonia not only gave us useful tips but even picked us up from the bus stop. Great price for the quality.

Sonia was very welcoming and left tea, coffee , milk, biscuits etc. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, soundproof doors between the 2. A good size shower, 2 internal yards would be pleasant in summer. Common area well kitted out. Place very quiet. And good restaurant nearby plus little grocer. We had as much bedding, pots and pans etc as one could need for longer than a week.

The property was ideally located, 1km from San Marco which made the area nice and quiet. the water bus was less than 400m away so very easy to get to Burano or Murano.

The location was perfect for visiting the Art Biennale and restaurants around Arsenale. It is a quiet area so sleep was good. Sonia gave us all the information we needed for a perfect visit. There was a Coop round the corner where we bought breakfast and picnic items. The air conditioning was extremely helpful as it got very hot (not a complaint!).
