La Casetta di Zia Rosa is a ground floor detached house, located in the city-center of Monopoli. Less than 3 walk, you can reach the adjacent historic center, the city beach and the main square of Monopoli. The house is located about 200 meters from the beautiful town square of Cala Porta Vecchia and 300 meters from the central square of Monopoli. The accommodation is perfect for couples, but it can accommodate up to 4 people and it is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The house is composed by an entrance living room with double sofa bed and air conditioning. There is also a kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator, stove with gas burners, kettle, dishwasher, toaster and table and chairs. There is also a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small patio with outdoor table and chairs.
