Welcome to “La Casetta”, your tiny house in Rome. This studio apartment, a few steps from the Monte Mario train station, in the Torrevecchia/Trionfale area, has all the comforts of a home even if you'll feel like being in a hotel suite. It is located on the ground floor of a recently built building and close to all services! The living area, equipped with a TV, is divided into a kitchenette and a sleeping area, where a comfortable sofa bed and a wardrobe will allow you to rest after long days of tourism or work. With its fully equipped kitchen, complete with refrigerator, microwave oven and utensils, you will be ready to prepare your meals in total relaxation and tranquility. In addition, the reclining table can be used both for eating and for working, being spacious and not bulky. The bathroom is small, it is true, but we have thought of everything to make it as comfortable as possible. The double curtain and the anti-drip will allow you not to leave the floor wet, you will also have rags and an anti-slip for any need. In the cabinet you will find the hair dryer and a small emergency kit. The jewel in the crown of our little house is the outdoor space. A large paved garden with awning, table and chairs for eating outside and a green corner will make you feel outside the city while being in a complete urban context. Preparing your meals and enjoying them outdoors is priceless, especially in a big city like Rome where finding these spots is far from obvious. The heating is autonomous, therefore we always recommend turning it off when you leave and turning it back on when you return, we care about the environment. The entrance is pedestrian or by car. Another fundamental thing is that the parking space is at your complete disposal!

We are happy to host you in our little house. My mother and I have taken care of it in every detail to welcome you and your needs. My mother has been involved in decoupage, creative sewing and small furnishings for a long time, while I work as a digital strategist, so I take care of marketing and communication with customers. We were born in Rome and we love our city for this reason we will also be happy to advise you on the best places to go.

The neighborhood offers numerous services. Starting from all the basic services: pharmacy, supermarket, mini market, pizzerias, restaurants, clothing and shoe shops, home shops, hairdressers and beauty centers: everything you need! The accommodation is located a stone's throw from the bus stops 46, 49, 911, 913 that connect you to the city center. You will also find the FS Monte Mario just 600 meters away on foot and the Gemelli station 2km away, reachable via the cycle-pedestrian path. Near the accommodation, there are two large hospitals, the Olympic stadium and numerous other points of interest for work, such as conference centers and institutes.
