location was fabulous to explore Venice and use the vaporetto at the Grand Canal or from the lagoon side. We had 7 day passes and went all over Venice and islands. Alvise was very helpful and easy to contact. Thanks so much!

Best stay to discover Venice like a local. The host was great and very communicative. We were running late for check-in, which was no problem at all. After our arrival, the host was at the appartment within less then five minutes. The apartment itself is fantastic. Very spacious and well located. The view on the canal is a true highlight and the best spot to have dinner. Even though it is very well located (for both, the tourist attractions as well as for the true local corners), the area of the apartment is very quite and peaceful. Thanks for this awesome experience! We will definitely come back!

Perfect location for those who plan to hang out in Cannaregio, but at the same time it's near the main "street" and fast reach of all the central locations (Rialto, San Marco, etc.). Vaporetto stations are near by as well. Perfect sleeping (+living) room with big window doors which open up straight to the calm channel - a perfect place for in-house breakfast, aperitivo, wine, etc. : ) Large bathroom with shower and washing machine - very handy if you are staying for longer or Venice is just a part of your longer trip. Kitchen well equipped with all the necessary tools, dining table, additional sofa bed and TV. In general - a very good choice for a short or longer stay in Venice.
