Beautiful house and the garden. Next to lake Como. So nice to have a swim on the morning. We took our breakfast to the garden. Nice and quiet. Well equipped and clean apartment. So beautiful glasses and cups to use. Pure luxury. Person handing the keys was friendly and all the timetables were kept well. I would warmly recommend this.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Lake Como. If you like to swim, access to the lake is just in front and there is a beautiful greenway walk behind the property. There are also some great restaurants to eat in the area like Il Chris. The apartment itself was very spacious for the two of us and had all the amenities you need. Giusy was so kind and welcomed us very generously.

At arrival, we were stunned by the amazing location of the villa, at the lake side with a big green grass garden and a hedge that leads to the water side! very spacious, peaceful and clean! The welkomming by the sweet hostess Giusy was very nice, she was there on arrival to hand us the keys and to explain to us some things about the apartment and keys for the estate. Also she gave us some handy tips about a restaurant nearby,got us in into a very busy restaurant that was very good, the last evening, we felt like VIP :) and gave us a tip about the market on tuesday!

What a beautiful garden! You can enjoy the private “park” surrounding the villa, with beautiful views and a sound of the waves…just perfect to relax. Location couldn’t be better. 20 min walk from villa de Balbianello and few minutes walk to the pier where you can take a boat to other villages by the lake. The apartment itself though is a bit dated and could use some renovation.

We were met by the maid to receive instructions and the keys. We had gated parking for the car, which was a huge plus and the location was perfect. The owner was very helpful giving us directions when we arrived. We were able to take the ferry (which was very close to our hotel, which was on the lake to all the places we wanted to visit on Lake Como. Though our place was on the lake, we didn't have a view of it from our rooms.

Located in a private park, on the side of lake Como. It has its own Parking on site. Apartment on the second floor can be reached with elevator. The Host welcomed us and gave us information about the area.

Fenomenalny obiekt! Przepiękna willa w ogrodzonym parku z wyjściem prosto na jezioro. Cudowny apartament ze wszelkimi udogodnieniami, winda, ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, pralka, żelazko, wszystko, o czym można zamarzyć. Lokalizacja jest spektakularna, właścicielka przemiła i kontaktowa. Podróżujemy z dwoma małymi psami i były tam mile widziane. Okolica jest cicha, a zarazem blisko do marketu, restauracji i willi Balbianello. Prywatny i przestronny parking. Cudowne widoki. Jesteśmy zachwyceni!

Schöner alter Palazzo direkt am Comer See. Kontakt für die Schüsselübergabe war perfekt, Parkplatz auf dem abgeschossen Grundstück war der Wohnung zugeteilt. Die FeWo ist relativ geräumig, mit großem Wohnraum. Dafür ist das Bad sehr schmal. Perfekte Lage direkt am See mit kleinem Kiesstrand, mit Schatten am Nachmittag. Ideal für eine Abkühlung am Nachmittag / Abend. Lenno ist ein recht ruhiger Ort mit allen was man so braucht zum Urlauben. Schiffverbindungen zu den Nachbarortschaften am See z.B. Bellagio, Menaggio usw.
