Upon arrival, Alvise great us nicely and we dont feel like stranger.. Alvise is nice and friendly.. Soft spoken, humble and helpful. He even recommended a good restaurant at venice. The accommodation is very beautiful, spacious, located at strategic location that near with everything such as realto bridge, san marco, fish market, restaurants, and groceries store, have 3 windows facing grand canal and have generous facilities inside house. Alvise provide lots of needed item in house for cooking, detergent for washing machine, some basic medicine, lots of coffee. We appreciate that he allow us check out little bit late. Excellent hospitality.

The apartment felt more like a real home than a rental apartment and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its position overlooking the Grand Canale near a vaporetti station is superb.
IsraelAviso is a very friendly and helpful host. The cozy apartment is ideally located in a nice neighborhood with beautiful views over the canal grande. Highly recommended! A good way to get to the apartment is to take the Alilingua boat from the airport that takes you to Fondamente Novo in 37 minutes for €15 oneway. From there it’s only a 10 minute strawl to the apartment.

The appartment is placed in a lovely neighborhood , full of restaurants, shops and bar and close to a vaporetto stop which allows you to discover the city. We will come back for sure, those views to the Grand Canal are simply amazing
