“Quite old interior, but everything works just fine. Spacious, ckean flat. A calmer area. Special note: The warm water was extremely irregular, or didn't it work, during our stay. Our host tried to have it fixed, but as our stay was over the weekend, he couldn't get hold of someone before we left.. As a compensation, we got a partial reimbursement of the fee. Makes for a fair and honest impression of our host.”

“The biggest advantage is the location, which makes it possible to feel the spirit of Venice, staying away from the tourist-filled streets. Relatively close (7-8 minutes walk) supermarket Conad, the best in terms of assortment, of all that we came across in Venice! There were some difficulties with the equipment (dishwasher machine), but thanks to the great host, who readily answered all the questions, our holiday experience was absolutely wonderful! Price-quality ratio is perfect!”

“Il s'agit d'un appartement, donc sans services collectifs. L'endroit est très calme, le quartier, populaire et tranquille, est plein de charme. Je n'ai pas vu le propriétaire mais tous les contacts ont été aimables et efficaces et la maison est bien équipée. Je pense que l'appartement est peut-être un peu moins agréable en plein hiver (il serait peut-être alors un peu sombre) mais il est frais en été.”“0”

Sehr gutes Bett (habe sehr gut geschlafen). Um die Ecke oder nicht weit: Bars, Supermarkt, Gelateria, Pizzeria, kleine Restaurants, Cichetterie - alles, was es fürs tägliche Leben braucht.
