The room was really nice: really clean and with everything one might need. Close enough to the station and somewhat accessible in Venezia standards.
BrazilIdeally located near the Santa Lucia train station so great when you have your luggages as there’s no need to lug them across the cobblestone maze that is Venice. A bit challenging to get up to the room with luggages as there are a few series of stairs but manageable. The place was very clean and our room was tastefully renovated and decorated. A bit of a walk to the main attractions of Piazza San Marco and Rialto bridge but we didn’t mind and it forces you to explore the city. Would come back here again.

Polandall you need for few days vocation. location is perfect near railway station and few shops where you can get anything you need. friend staff. kitchenette in the hall. love it

ItalyThe minute you walk up the stairs, you are met with the most amazing smell! Along with a smiley, friendly face (Laura) who checked us in and showed us round. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable and the facilities were fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay here
United KingdomExcellent location, good price, extremely clean and renovated, minimalistic, powerful shower, comfortable bed and most importantly very polite and kind staff! There is very nice bonus of having free coffees, tea, cakes and snacks for all the guests in the main shared room!
