Riccardo is the nicest host we've ever had anywhere! He shared valuable insider tips re what to go to, where to eat, and more. He fielded a lot of questions from us that helped us have a more enjoyable stay. The whole guesthouse was very clean and comfortable. We were 3 adults in one room, and while it was cozy, it was workable for several days. Riccardo also helped us with bus tickets, a taxi when we left, etc. AND he went way above and beyond, by helping me find a tailor to alter two skirts!!! Highly recommend!!!

He gave us tips of what to visit, opening hours, how to move around. He went up and beyond to make our stay comfortable (e.g. the hairdryer wasn't working and he replaced it right away). The bed was big and comfortable. Big and comfortable room.

The bed was sooooo comfortable and the fresco on the ceiling was very beautiful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in a quiet part of Florence.
