Newly renovated apartment just 400 meters from the Acilia stop of the Rome-Lido line (ATTENTION at this time does not appear on google maps) which allows you to quickly reach the center of Rome, the excavations of Ostia Antica and the sea. The apartment is in a small very quiet condominium, inhabited mainly by elderly people, for this it is necessary to have an appropriate behavior. It is located in the center of the populous district of Acilia and a few steps from all basic necessities (pharmacy, post office, Unicredit bank and BNL, supermarket, small grocery under the house, shops of various kinds, local market on Tuesday and Friday morning, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, etc.) The apartment is 45sqm as follows: living room with sofa bed for one and a half, extendable console table for 3/6 seats and 32-inch TV; equipped kitchenette; windowed bathroom with shower; small utility room with washing machine; Large bedroom with double bed 160x190 and bunk bed. One way to travel and feel at home is to stay in an apartment and that's why with my family we always book B & B or similar. I am an architect and I have always dreamed of having a small apartment to host and meet people from all over the world. I started this adventure in January 2020. I had fun taking care of everything, from furniture, to coordinated linen, to objects to make "La Pecora Nera" as welcoming and comfortable as possible and at the same time I used a touch of red to make it special. With your help I will try to provide you with everything you need to make your stay in Rome as pleasant as possible

Or COTRAL bus and get off at the last stop and take the ROMA-LIDO at the STELLA POLARE stop for 4 stops and get off at ACILIA. Take via Zottoli for 400 and you have arrived. -From CIAMPINO AIRPORT bus 720 and get off at the LAURENTINA stop of the MB underground line. Take the subway and get off after 3 stops at EUR MAGLIANA change to the ROMA-LIDO line for 4 stops and get off at ACILIA. Take via Zottoli for 400 and you have arrived -LINE MA last departures from the terminus at 21. Friday and Saturday last departures at 1:30 am -LINE MB last departures from the terminus at 23:30. Friday and Saturday last departures at 1:30 am -ROME-LIDO last departures from terminus 21. On Saturdays and Sundays last departures at 23:30 The metro that closes at 21 continue the service until 23:30 with replacement BUS
