L'appartamento è situato in una delle aree più verdi e prestigiose della riviera della Versilia, Ronchi, raggiungibile sia grazie ai comodi collegamenti autostradali, che attraverso i principali mezzi di trasporto ferroviari (Stazione Ferroviaria di Massa) e aeroportuali (Aeroporto Internazionale Galileo Galilei Pisa). L’appartamento è situato al piano terreno di un signorile condominio degli anni '70, e si affaccia direttamente sull'ampio parco pieno di rose e sulla pineta condominiale.

L’appartamento si trova ai Ronchi a Marina di Massa. Forte dei Marmi e Pietrasanta, con le loro splendide boutique e locali famosi nel mondo, si trovano a pochi chilometri da casa (6/10 km), e sono facilmente raggiungibili in bicicletta, percorrendo la bellissima pista ciclabile lungomare. E' possibile raggiungere il mare in bicicletta oppure a piedi.
