The location around the hotel and train station is not nice, with many shady characters in the street outside. This isn't the hotel's fault, and it's otherwise a good place to stay.

There were small insects in the room. It should be disinfected

This is very basic accommodation. There were no proper towels just lightweight tea towel style things in the bathroom. The bathroom appeared clean but there was a cockroach. The light and plug socket by my bed was broken and bits of wood edging had fallen off and was stood by the wardrobe. There was no water, fridge, kettle etc. the hotel itself is in a building with many other properties. The building is run down with glass broken. The area is by the station and was very unclean and didn’t feel very safe. The reception closed from 11-8. At the price you don’t expect much, but the basics were not there. Most hostels are better quality and have more facilities.
The staff were very helpful and couldn’t be nicer. The air conditioning was good. The bedding was clean and bed comfortable.

Very happy with my stay here. All the staff (especially Maurizio) were very friendly and couldn't do enough for me. Nice big room, v clean. Ignore usual wisdom about hotels near stations as this is a gem; also you're walking distance from anywhere in Naples.

The mattresses are old and cheap, and I could not sleep well. I could feel the strings coming out.
Its close to the train station and its quite practical. It was quite clean also.
