Quiet and reserved mountain residence surrounded by pastures, woods and mountains that offers a family welcome in a tiny alpine village nestled in the mountains of the Gran San Bernardo Valley at an altitude of 1760 metres, in the Aosta Valley. The building that houses the B&B is a renovated house in stone and larch wood. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, all with non-divisible double beds and private bathrooms with showers. Every morning at 08:30h the old stable with vaulted ceilings welcomes guests for breakfast NO TV and NO WIFI. We are very sorry but due to the characteristics of our rooms it is not possible for us to welcome pets, even if they are small. FOR SANITARY REASONS IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED TO EAT IN THE ROOMS. BATH AND BED LINEN IS CHANGED ONCE A WEEK. ANY INTERMEDIATE CHANGES WILL HAVE A COST OF EURO 30.00 FOR THE BED, EURO 15.00 PER HEAD FOR TOWELS. 50.00 EURO FOR DUVETS, 15.00 EURO FOR MATTRESS COVER. BLOOD STAINED LINEN WILL BE QUANTIFIED SEPARATEL, IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO WHITE IT, THE COST OF REPURCHASE WILL BE CHARGED. There are excellent typical restaurants in the area, the list of which you will find in your room. Check-in between 16:00h and 18:00. Check-out 10:00 GARAGE EURO 10,00/DAY/CAR TOURIST TAX EURO 1,50/PERSON/DAY TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT IN CASH. According to availability, possibility of Late Check-out/Early check-in with supplement. I have been living for 17 years in this small village, a fraction of a mountain village, located at 1760 meters above sea level in the Gran San Bernardo Valley in the Aosta Valley. By chance, a few years ago during a trip, we discovered the few houses in this village which is part of the Municipality of Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses and we fell in love with them. A little at a time we bought them and slowly refurbished them. Then, we stopped working in Aosta and came to live here. I love the mountains and I like living there. I love walking through the woods, feeling their scents, perceiving their voices. And we live here, closer to the stars
The village is located in the middle of the steep and green pastures of the high Valley of the Grand San Bernardo at 1760 meters above sea level in the municipality of Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses in the Aosta Valley. The building that houses the B&B is a renovated house in stone and larch wood. Come with light luggage and comfortable, warm mountain clothing. Thuillettaz is the ideal stop along the Alta Via N.1 and the Tour des Combins. Thuillettaz can be reached from Aosta in just 30 minutes by car. The Grand San Bernardo Pass is only 13 km away, open only in summer. Just 5 minutes by car from the entrance to the Gran San Bernardo Tunnel.
