Great location, beautiful view from room and the kindest staff
CanadaStaff was amazing! So incredibly helpful and caring, I wish all hotels had staff like these guys. They were informative, told us the non-tourist sites, modes of transportation with prices and time tables, and last they booked our ferry tickets for us. One thing that stood out most was when my guest and I had gone out for the night, one of the gentlemen had asked when we would be home just to ensure our safety. Amazing staff and facility!

Very welcoming and helpful staff (we got really good tips to visit the island). Location is great (7 min walk from the top of the cable car). We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood at night when the island gets more quiet.
