The apartment is located on the third floor of a seven-story building; it's very quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchenware you may need and electrical appliances; there's a large living room with a sofa bed and a dining table for four people; the double bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom and there's spacious terrace with dining table.

Hi, we are Laura and Luca, we are born and raised in Rome, however we now live between Rome and the Abruzzo region. This apartment is our home when we stay in Rome. We have traveled a lot in our lives and we know well what it's like feeling at home, when you're out for business or leisure, and find a clean and comfortable house. We tried to furnish the apartment with all the necessary to make your stay agreeable and relaxing, we hope you will like it, we will do our best to make you feel welcome.

The apartment is located inside the pedestrian area of the complex named Parco Leonardo, municipality of Fiumicino, metropolitan city of Rome. You will find all primary services at a short walk distance, 100 to 300 meters : restaurants, bars, supermarket, cinema, pharmacy, hairdresser, beautician, Amazon counter, bowling, gym....and a big shopping mall with more than 200 shops, the funny Color Hotel, IKEA, UNIEURO(electronics) and other attractions. The train station of the FL1 line that connects the airport to Rome city centre is just 300 meters away from the apartment.; you may reach the Airport in 5 minutes, the Rome Fair in 4 minutes and Rome Ostiense station in 25 minutes. Trains run every 15 minutes in both directions. Parking facility within 100 meters from the apartment, free of charge, at street level and underground. The area is safe and it's extremely convenient to have everything you need at walking distance, especially after being out all day for business or tourism. The airport and the Rome Fair are literally 5 minutes away and Rome city center just a little more than 30 minutes by local train and Metro.
