Turkeyposizione centrale ma in un quartiere tranquillo. casa bellissima, purtroppo sfruttata poco, con un terrazzo molto bello e ampio. accoglienza veloce e perfetta. lo stabile all'ingresso principale ha dei lavori di ristrutturazione ma l'appartamento è perfetto. consigliato!
Italy높은층고,분리된 부엌, 넓은테라스, 난방시스템 , 짐보관, 친절한 직원. 도착하는날 오전에 미리 연락 줘서 체크인 시간도 확인해줌. 짐 보관이 가능하냐고 물었는데 당연하다고 해주심. 그것만으로도 여행의 부담이 조금 덜어짐. (안되는 곳도 꽤 있음) 도착하니까 직원분이 방을 정리중이셨는데, 아주 친절하셨음. 안에서 쉬고 있어도 된다고 말씀해주시고, 그냥 아주 친절. 또 이탈리아에서 묵었던 숙소중에 제일 좋음. 사실 후기가 아주 좋은건 아니여서 조금 고민했었는데, 기대를 별로 안해서 그런지 고민고민해서 골랐던 숙소보다 훨씬 만족스러웠음. 본섬은 좀 낡고 허름한 집이 많다고 했는데, 기대 이상이고, 난방도 잘되고, 온수도 잘나옴. 비가 많이와서 문 사이로 물이 들어와서 바닥에 물이 고인점은 조금 불편했다. 비 많이오면 이렇게 물이 들어온다는데 다른집은 어떤지 모르겠네.. 신발 벗고 지내느라 양말신고 돌아다니니까 발이 다 젖어버림 ㅜㅜ 그리고 전자렌지 꽂을 콘센트가 없어서 조금 불편.(못 찾은걸지도..) 그리고 이동하는데 크게 어렵지 않음 위치도 괜찮은듯!

Francela terrasse est exceptionnelle pour le centre de Venise! Super bien situé pour un city-trip, la décoration épurée et moderne de cet appartement est très sympa !

ItalyL'appartement est situé dans un bel immeuble du 17ème, dans un quartier calme tout en étant commerçant. Les aménagements d'époque années 60 ont été conservé conférant à l'appartement un charme que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Des travaux sont prévus, ce qui va améliorer certains petits inconforts. Andrea, le propriétaire est très agréable.
FranceDie Wohnung war sehr geräumig und die Terrasse schöner als erwartet. Für Venedig ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Durch die zentrale Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Bäcker, sowie zum Supermarkt ist es ein guter Standort um in Venedig einige Tage zu verbringen.
