The staff is excellent and very helpful. They called cabs for me whenever I needed one and they arrived in 5 min. There is a free breakfast in the morning. Right next to University of Rome so there is a lot of good restaurants in the area and it’s lively at night.

The staff were wonderful, kind, and helpful. The location was perfect -- just a 20 minute walk to Termini but in a quiet, non-touristy neighborhood. We had a massive terrace so we spent one evening just sipping wine and listening to music. The only problem was the air conditioning really didn't cool the room at all, so we were pretty hot. Otherwise, we loved our stay!
