B&B Le Ghiande is an IDEAL place to stay while in Positano, particularly if you are looking for a place that is peaceful and away from the Positano party scene. It is quiet, beautiful, and has the BEST breakfast!! The bus is also super convenient and right outside their place, and it's a 20 minute ride down with the views of Positano to look at. I really appreciated being able to go to Positano for the day and come back up to my oasis. This place also puts you in close proximity to the Path of the Gods as well, so it's a great 'go between' place if you are looking for both the beach scene and the hiking scene like I was when I arrived here.

First of all the location is a bit far from the Positano itself. The good part is that the hotel is on a much higher point so so the view from the room is outstanding.ibdo not think I ever had or ever will have such a view. It's something that would exceed anyone's expectations. There is 20 minutes bus for less than. EUR 2for Positano which runs every hour so the location is not hard to deal with. The breakfast is a bit too simple... Nothing hot.except coffee is served, the rest is cold cuts and a type of cheese. The staff is extremely helpful, welcoming and warm. I would definitely stay there again and again!!

Le Ghiande is a quiet and peaceful place to get away from the chaos and crowds of Positano. The village of Montepertuso is exquisite, the people are friendly, the restaurants are some of the best in the area and the view is breath taking. Regina was a fantastic host, as well as her entire family. The meals they offer in the evening are fantastic, and the apartments are very clean and quiet. We would definitely return to Le Ghiande, and would recommend it to anyone.

The location was sublime! Away from the hustle and bustle of Positano but close enough by bus that it was not inconvenient. Lovely property in the mountains with a gorgeous view. Wonderful large, comfortable room with a lovely tiled terrace. It felt like the authentic, quaint Italy situated just above a small village. Several restaurants and small grocery store within walking distance. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I would definitely stay here again. The climb up the stairs to the property might be hard for older travelers.

EVERYTHING!!! It was our second time back after dreaming about Le Ghiande for three years. It is truly a piece of paradise. The owners are SO kind and really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The best new discovery of this trip was that they also offer dinner at the B&B, and it is OUTSTANDING!!! Salvatore, the owner, is an incredible chef, and his cooking tops the best restaurants in the area. He uses delectable ingredients from the garden and offers a full menu including prosecco, a starter, a pasta dish, a main, and a dessert, all accompanied by a bottle of homemade wine and topped off with digestive liquors (using grapes and citrus fruits from the garden!!). For 25€ a person, this is pure gold. Do not pass it up!! As for the B&B itself, the grounds are so lovingly maintained, and the rooms are spotless. The views are unforgettable. Thank you, Salvatore, Regina, Dimitri, Antonio, and Enzo!! We will be back again!!!

With its hilltop position in the hamlet of Montepertuso and right above Positano, Le Ghiande B&B offers a patio with 6-seater hot tub and free Wi-Fi. It includes air-conditioned rooms with attached bathroom with a panoramic balcony.
