Residence in Umbria's hills, 5 km far Perugia The Country House is at around 1 km from the center of Corciano and 5km far to Perugia, it's parted in different houses completely restructured and furnished Around the house a grat park ( 1 hectare) with two swimming pools, the smaller, of circular shape, of 5 meters in diameter, also suitable for children, the other, of “Imperial” shape, measuring 15 m x 7.5 m, with entrance steps. guests will find an umbrella for each apartment, sun loungers and deck chairs for the beach. There is a barbecue area and very well equipped bakery with a large veranda and a gazebo where you can eat outdoors. In the park also : table tennis, soccer field with natural grass, tennis Volleyball meadow, badminton, jogging track of about 1 km along the boundary of the property, fenced.
I am Giuliano, with my family we have restored this ancient farmhouse, where I live with my sons and grandchildren. We decided to use part of the property at the residence to offer those who wish to visit Umbria, Perugia and other places a comfortable and quiet starting point; where to relax and spend a holiday in tranquility.
Between Perugia and Trasimeno lake, close to Tuscany, at only 35 far Cortona We are close to Perugia, at 1km far from Corciano village, that it's possible reach also to walking, we are at around 5 km far golf center Santa Sabina; in south directions we meet trasimeno lake , with sailing school, windsurf, canoa etc. In around 20 minute is possible reach at Umbria rafting center of Serravalle di Norcia, and close Assisi a paragliding center; at around 5km far at around 5 km far Umbria autodrome, in Magione for bikers and cars drivers Around us middle age villages, art cities, castles and nature, ideas paths for trekking lovers, bikes, mountain bikes, sports, culture, tasting
