Le Maioliche is located in the heart of the seaside village of Sferracavallo, a seaside resort famous for its seafood restaurants and other typical Sicilian specialties. The property, composed of two different real estate units, has been recently renovated and is located on the first floor of a house with an independent entrance. The property is equipped with all the comforts and services necessary to guarantee a holiday dedicated to the sea, culture and food and wine. The first apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and single bed, wardrobe and flat-screen TV, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a large shower and toilet. There is also a table with 4 chairs, a kettle and a coffee machine. The second apartment instead consists of a living room with a double bed, a large and comfortable kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and small appliances, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony / terrace overlooking the town. Each apartment in the property is equipped with air conditioning, heating and unlimited and free wi-fi signal. The property is also equipped with all the safety devices required by current regulations.
I am Stefania and I am the owner. I love traveling and for this reason I have tried to make the apartment as comfortable as possible to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
Sferracavallo is a seaside village of the late 19th century located within the Marine Reserve of Isola delle Femmine and Capo Gallo. A few meters from our facility there are several restaurants where you can enjoy good fish. There are also several commercial activities (Bar, Bakery, Supermarket, etc ...). Through public transport it is possible to reach the Airport and the historic center of Palermo (the available means are Bus and Train whose stop is a 10 minute walk from our facility). The facility does not have private parking but at the time of booking we will give you useful information regarding car parking.
