Sant'Elmo Holiday Residence is located right on the coast of Sardinia, 3 miles from Costa Rei and 9 miles from Villasimius. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
