Sant'Elmo Holiday Residence is located right on the coast of Sardinia, 3 miles from Costa Rei and 9 miles from Villasimius. It has apartments with kitchen facilities in separate houses in a green area. Parking is free. Each house is coated in granite or Sardinian stone. Please note that the private beach area is available from June until September. It comes at additional cost.
A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
