Le Terrazze di Antonio’s Sea View is situated in Praiano’s residential area and offers large sea views and private terraces for relaxing and enjoying the view of the stunning Amalfi coast . According to independent reviews the villa is situated in our guests’ favourite part of Praiano. The villa can be reached by going down an external staircase of about 62 steps. The Amalfi coast is built on the steep side of the mountain which extend to the sea . There are old stairway , sometime with hundreds of steps , we call “roads” that can be step and uneven . For this reason the entire Amalfi coast present significant challenges for those with impaired mobility . This property is 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. The villa comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms ( one with a shower and hot tub and one with a shower only ) and one without . The villa features a fully equipped kitchen , flat-screen TV , indoor and outdoor dining furniture , bbq facilities , outdoor furniture and privacy . Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area or on the shady terraces .
The closest beach La Praia is 500 meters where you can swim or take a boat to all the nearby islands and coastal towns. There is a water-taxi service, boat rental, scuba-diving and several bar and restaurants offering excellent local cuisine.
