FranceThis booking is a bit unique because it's a private apartment like you find with Airbnb, but it's managed by a luxury hotel that's 5-min away (walking). The size of the room is great (large bathroom, very nicely decorated). The window that opens onto a canal is so quintessential! The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. We really enjoyed being in the Castello district, quiet, local-feel and good restaurants! The entrance appears slightly sketchy at first, but once you figure out which address is yours, there are helpful signs indicating exactly where to go inside the building. There's a good cafe nearby (Pasticceria Alla Bragora) with delicious pastries and coffee/espresso for your breakfast. Wonderful value!
