Every complaint in previous reviews had been addressed by the time we got there. The location was a good way to save money and require some walking. Fridge and tea kettle weren't in the room, but when we asked for them, we were accommodated.

We are just wondering who, why, how this family style hotel gets only 1 style rating? From our experience, it should be worth at least 4 stars! Our room is comfortable, bright, and neat with balcony. Bathroom is very clean with new towels. It's about 7 minutes walk distance from Sorrento train station. The owner and staff are very friendly. The hotel does not offer breakfask but a coffer shop just next to it. This hotel exceeded our expectations.
