Appartamento in residence direttamente sul lago,ambiente tranquillo ed ad utilizzo quasi esclusivamente privato da parte dei proprietari, dotato di ascensore ,accesso diretto al lago, con zona prendi sole. L'appartamento è posto al 1° piano, dispone di ampio terrazzo, cucina, bagno con doccia. Arredato in maniera sobria e funzionale. Posto auto riservato sempre disponibile all'interno della struttura. Questa sponda del lago di Como è la più rinomata e gradevole, per ogni tipo di attività, con numerose realtà storiche da visitare, famose ville e giardini, fantastiche gite in battello sul lago, che vi potrà portare anche sull'altra sponda. Ottima zona anche per svolgere attività sportive, bici, trekking,wind surf,kite surf, canoa e tanto altro. Dista solo 15 km da Como, cittadina tranquilla e ricca di storia e bellezze locali. In pochi km si raggiunge anche il territorio Svizzero, nel Canton Ticino.
