United KingdomThe hotel stay was a wondering experience. We stayed in the family room which was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was clean, nicely sized and the staff was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was amazing - right on the river and close to all the main attractions of Florence without being overly touristy.
