We have been living in Italy since 1999. At retirement we purchased this home, giving a total new direction to our lifestyle. This property has been restored taking into consideration every detail. Special effects with lights on floor in passageway. Special lighting in bedrooms and guest bathroom as well. Everything is new, kitchen fully equipped with all utensils to ensure cooking is a pleasure.

I Tre Laghi - Sant'Angelo is situated 1,5 kms from the historical centre of Città Sant'Angelo in a tranquil area,opposite three small lakes. Sant'Angelo is on the first floor and hosts 8 persons. The house is luminous and spacious. Living/kitchen area with wooden beams, archway leads into dining/kitchen area, both access onto large terrace equipped with weber, awning and garden table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and seven chairs, cooker with 4 burners, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all electric appliances. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower. Possibility to have double beds or single beds. Sofa bed (single) in living room.Parking facilities within premises. The property is surrounded by 3000 sqm of land which includes olive trees and various fruit trees, enclosed with remote control gates. Comunal swimming pool 8x4 meters with gazebo 6x4 meters. Accommodation includes kitchenware, bed linen and towels. Wifi. Magnificent views of the countryside and Majella mountain. Heating paid upon consumption. For period 30 Dec - 3 Jan a further cautionary deposit of Euro 150 to be paid upon arrival. Reimbursed if no damage.

This home offers tranquillity, great views and yet not isolated as you are within walking distance to the historical centre of the town. Città Sant'Angelo is a lovely town offering all amenities and nominated by "Forbes" as one of the best locations to live in. The road access to the property is good with tarred roads. In the vicinity, horse riding facilities, a lake opposite the house, ideal for fishing. Many typical Italian country restaurants, Città Sant'Angelo Outlet Store. I Tre Laghi is 9 km away from Pescara North – Città Sant’Angelo’s toll booth along the A14 Bari -. Bologna motorway. The town itself offers all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, chemist, banks, post office, theatre, weekly markets. Ten minutes to Montesilvano and fifteen to Silvi Marina beaches, approximately an hour ‘s drive to the four Abruzzo Parks (Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, Majella National Park, Molise National Park and Sirente Velino Regional Park. One hour drive to skiing resorts such as Roccaraso, Passo Lanciano, Campo Felice or La Magnola. This area is also ideal for cycling and fishing. Possibility to rent entire house.
