The location of the apartment was perfect. Close to San Marco square, San Marco Zacaria station, and close to all points of interest in the south of the city. The apartment has a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and everything you need to cook at home. The host was cooperative, available for questions, and helpful. Highly recommended.
IsraelThe place is very close to the places of interest. The Doge palace, St Mary's Bacillica very close to the places where to eat and have drinks. The apartment is at a perfect location, very clean, welcoming atmosphere and beautiful decorated. It was easy to locate with directions given. We had a great time in Venice.

Consiglio a chiunque di prenotare presso di lui perchè, oltre alla centralità dell'appartamento (davvero a due passi da Piazza San Marco) ed alla cifra più che corretta spesa, ha un appartamento davvero comodo (mi riferisco a letti e divano), pulito e ben curato. - Dear Sirs, The apartments has kitchen, kitchenette and kitchenware.Does this includes glasses ,cooking and baking pans, pots and cutlery ,fridge,so somebody can prepare a meal? A second issue, many residents do complaint about noise during the night ,or early morning.what about that? best regards.The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, plus we supply sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and coffee! The flat is located in the heart of Venice, in a nice area full of bars and restaurants and it is obvious that it is a bit noisy.Answered on 8 November 2021
