Property info

Apartment on the second floor without lift, it opens into the characteristic living room equipped with a pull-out sofa bed for two people and two bathrooms with walk-in shower. The raised kitchen is perfectly equipped, from here a spiral staircase leads to the large mezzanine consisting of two sections both with a double bed, and a private bathroom without shower cabin. For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out. 2) Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ). 3)Contract registration fee: 50 EUR. 4) Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 EUR. 5) Cadastral survey 80 EUR. 6) Stamp duties 32 EUR. For last minute bookings for the same day, waiting times for check-in may increase up to an hour based on arrival time and internal organization.
