Bright spacious and clean apartment, close to everything. Nice terrace with rooftop views. Matteo was a great host. (We had a laugh about the washing machine which was a bit old fashioned but it did work). Could do with shower box update, but nothing serious. Frequent local buses and easy trip to Monte Carlo by train. Great atmosphere in San Remo in the evenings. We would definitely stay there again.

Charming Bright Attic in the Center of San Remo 🌟 2024 Traveler's Choice Award-Winning 🌟 Bright and unique attic flat in the centre of Sanremo Overlooking the gardens of Corso Mombello 500 metres from the Casino and the Ariston Theatre Between Via Matteotti and the Porto Vecchio Composed of: - 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes - Large and bright living room with access to the terrace - Fully equipped kitchenette - 2 comfortable bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub The spacious, light-filled living room with attention to detail is the king of the flat. Natural light filters through a generous window, creating a serene atmosphere that combines perfectly with the sea breeze coming in from the balcony. Complete with a modern, comfortable fabric sofa on which to relax while reading a book or watching a movie, using the 40" TV with the Amazon Fire Stick system (so you can use Netflix, Prime, DAZN, etc.) The windows provide the flat with excellent soundproofing from outside as well as incredible brightness. The kitchenette adjacent to the living room is complete and includes a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, 4 gas burners, electric water boiler and coffee machine that can be used with Nespresso capsules. The sleeping area comprises 2 bedrooms spaced apart from each other and from the living room to allow adequate privacy. Both have comfortable double beds to allow adequate rest, large mirrored wardrobes and skylight windows. The bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom is comfortable and bright, equipped with an easy-to-use bathtub and all the most common accessories (hair dryer, soaps, etc.) The bathroom next to the second bedroom, on the other hand, is equipped with a shower and washing machine, and also with every accessory (hairdryer, soaps, shampoo, etc.). On arrival you will already find sets of towels for each guest in each bathroom. Iron, clothes rack, hoover and microwave oven are also at your disposal.
