Das Appartment liegt sehr günstig nahe dem Arsenal an einem kleinen Platz. Trotz der Nähe zum Markusplatz (zu Fuß ca. 7-10 Minuten) ist es nicht völlig touristisch; in den Lokalen in unmittelbarer Nähe essen auch Einheimische und am Campo spielen nachmittags Schulkinder Fußball. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, war sauber, nett eingerichtet und enthält alles Notwendige; Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf Campo und Kirche. Wir hatten herrlichstes Herbstwetter und nutzten die Terrasse dementsprechend sehr gerne. Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert und obwohl wir verspätet eingetroffen sind, war Farid sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns auch Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften gegeben; es gibt davon einige in direkter Nachbarschaft oder ein paar Gehminuten weiter. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

l’appartement est idéalement situé ! à deux pas de la place Saint Marc et des embarcadères pour les vaporetto. Situé sur une place très calme, la terrasse offre un coin sur les toits de Venise idéal pour les repas pris sur place. Rien à dire c’était parfait.

Wonderful terrace, great panoramic view over Campo Bandiera e Moro, just a few steps from St. Mark's Square; aircond, wifi • 70 sqm about, self catering apartment - private terrace with seating, wooden floors • living room: 3 windows, bookcase, an armchair, a double sofabed, flat screen TV (Netflix) - well equipped cooking area: table and chairs, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, kitchen sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee moke, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls, pots • double bedroom #1: a double bed (not twins), 2 windows overlooking Campo Bandiera e Moro "de la Bragora", 2 • chairs/bedside tables, clothes rack double bedroom #2: a double bed (not twins) three-quarter sized - french size, 2 windows overlooking Campo Bandiera e Moro, clothes rack • stylish bathroom: tiled floors, a window, basin, WC, bidet, shower • upper floor, level #1: private terrace with seating, panoramic characteristic main road view overlooking Campo Della Bragora - Important: in case of wind, rain, etc that's mandatory you close the awning on the terrace • heating and air conditioning temperatures, on/off dates are defined by Authorities, details in the flat • parental control required anytime • arrival time and bed setting: must be provided at least 3 days before arriving, beds will be prepared just for the people number in the reservation; different bed setting must be requested/agreed first, Eur 10.00 each extra bed place in addition. • if local regulations for heating/garbage are not observed or in event of our extra access to the property caused/requested by the guest you'll be required to pay 50 Euros each singles access
