Very nice and modern app. Fully, totally fully equiped kitchen, newer expieriences something like this. Very frendly Owners. Close to Caglari and also close to nice patch along see so perfect location for road bikers and peope wanting to see nice beaches . Clean pool.

We were in the best location in terms of getting to the main street and driving into the city and wherever else our GPS told us to go. I loved the house and the owners were very nice and helpful. The apartment was totally private and we cooked every night and saved a lot of money in the process- grocery stores were just 2 min down the street. Pots and pans are available in the apartment.

11/10 - for me it was perfect pleace to stay . I found everything what i was looking for . Can not find the words to describe enough this place. The house, famiglia together with nonna , and fantastic and so calm Roy . Time at the pool with wonderful, classical music. The see -in the morning without any wave . Sassy and empty beach on the left, and sandy on the right. Perfect position to visit surroundings, Poetto , Cagliari and beaches on the way to Villasimius . If you don't like crowded hotels and want to have some real italian holiday choose Art House !

Location was perfect for me, I had a car so it was easy either way to head east or west! Supermarket nearby and a mini fridge in the room meant I could keep a few items. Hosts were so wonderful and helpful and made you feel really at home! I already said, if I go back with friends we will rent out the whole place!

Это очень тёплый и гостеприимный Дом. Одна часть сдаётся в аренду, в другой живут хозяева. Но здесь не чувствуешь себя чужим. Все очень внимательные и дружелюбные. Каждое утро на завтрак подавали какое-нибудь домашнее лакомство - тирамису, чизкейк. Завтраки действительно замечательные, даже традиционный итальянский вариант очень разнообразен. За небольшую доплату нам подавали яичницу, сыр, мясо - всё свежее и вкусное. Мы жили в апартаментах на самом верху (люкс с террасой). Огромный балкон с видом на море, панорамные стекла, удобная кровать. Чисто, стильно, уютно. Убирались каждый день. Большое спасибо Карло!

La acogida fue buenísima, el desayuno preparado con todo tipo de detalles, la familia encantadora, la casa, piscina e instalaciones en general estaban genial. Te sentías muy cómodo, casi como en casa, nos enamoramos de Roi el perro de la familia. La ubicación también es muy buena, cerca de Cagliari pero sin el estrés de la gran ciudad y cerca de todas las comodidades. Un acierto!
