This bright, quiet and peaceful apartment has a beautiful view of the communal gardens below, a truly unique setting in such a central area of the City. Enter the spacious living room and you will find a 50-inch Full HD TV, air conditioning, voice assistant and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing your best dishes. Equipped with Nespresso, kettle, hob, dishwasher, oven and fridge. The living area also houses a large, comfortable sofa which, depending on the needs of the guests, can be converted into a standard-size double bed (160x200 cm). The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. The first room is equipped with olive wood parquet flooring and a comfortable 3-door sliding wardrobe. The second room has double windows and a comfortable 2-panel wardrobe. Both are equipped with independent air conditioning and double beds (160x200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with two comfortable washbasins, a shower, a pair of Italian-style toilets and a washing machine. Majo Apt is equipped with domotics for remote control of heating and air conditioning. You will not have to think about what to do when you arrive. We will have already done it for you.

Just a few steps from the famous Trastevere district reachable in a few minutes as well as from the Railstation of the same name, close to the histrionic Porta Portese Sunday market and to the Ostiense artistic district, the Rome's new food and wine hub. Majo Apartment is located in a strategic point of the City, a crossroads for Roman stations and airports and from all the points of interest in Rome, while remaining quiet and far enough away from the chaos of the town. The area offers all main services within walking distance (supermarket h8-20, laundry, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.). By taking a walk in the nearby Viale Marconi you will discover many shops to go for shopping while enjoying a takeaway "supplì", a slice of the famous Roman "pinza" or a tasty homemade ice cream on waffle. To reach Piazza Venezia and the Imperial Fora you have just to walk for 500 meters towards Piazzale Dunant and take line n ° 8. Along the way you will cross Viale Trastevere, pass through Via Arenula, just a few steps from Campo de Fiori and Jewish District, and finally arrive in the City center. Trastevere Railway Station is also just a 7-8 minute walk away, is a taxi station as well, and is directly connected to and from Fiumicino Airport (FCO), with Termini Station (line H), with Coliseum (line 3) and much more. Furthermore, a few meters from the main entrance of apartment, there are also the bus stops n°791 and 792 which easily connect to Villa Pamphili, Ostiense and Testaccio district, and Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.
